We are a group of stakeholders from the three counties–Clay, Knox, and Leslie–which make up the region served by Elk Hill Regional Industrial Park. Our region is growing rapidly and we want to invite you to grow with us–and we are willing to work hard to bring you to our area and insure your success.

About Elk Hill Regional Industrial Park and Our Area

With over 303 build ready acres, the Elk Hill Regional Industrial Park has plenty of available land for your company’s needs. Currently divided into three parcels, the property is cleared, with utilities on site, and can be subdivided to suit your specific needs and design requirements.

Our Area

Located eight miles east of Manchester, Kentucky and approximately 34 miles from Hazard on the Hal Rogers Parkway, this area of Southeast Kentucky is as rugged as it is beautiful. The region has a very low cost of living, inexpensive real estate, and some of the lowest energy costs in the entire country. Populated with a friendly, hard working population, you’ll discover some of your best employees and best friends after moving here.

Located on the Daniel Boone/Hal Rogers Parkway, Elk Hill Regional Industrial Park is a quick and easy 25 minute drive to I-75; and, with our location in Southeastern Kentucky, we are only a one day drive to most places east of the Mississippi River–and all the major population centers that includes.

You can not go wrong by relocating or expanding your business here.
